Sarah & Tim’s wedding up at Falaza in Hluhluwe was one of goosebumps and magic. I really am at a loss for words on how to describe this wedding. Wow. Where to begin. Sarah was such a relaxed bride, only collecting her dress 2 days before the wedding. Tim, I had never met him before but when he walked towards me wearing a Ghostbuster shirt I knew he would be awesome. Everyone was busy with preparations from hanging up bunting, setting out the tables and decor to making the bouquets and boutonnières – the men just took instruction from the women, more specifically Sarah’s mum who orchestrated pretty much everything on the day.
As the day progressed the magic seemed to increase. After the ceremony there were a couple of rhinos which made their appearance right before the Zulu dancers arrived. Goosebumps: I kept looking from the left to the right taking in the sights and sounds while enjoying the laughter and love shared with Sarah and Tim and their family and close friends. The reception followed with it’s own warmth and light and celebrations. I thoroughly enjoyed photographing this wedding. Thank you Sarah and Tim!
