John & Julia’s wedding day was filled with love, friendship, family, a tree planting ceremony, a rainbow, a surprise dress “removal” and a groom with an injured shoulder but above all, a couple who sincerely love each other and weren’t bothered by the approaching storm. In fact they even danced in the rain below Cathedral Peak. The Drakensberg provided such a beautiful setting for their wedding.
 
John and his groomsmen cleaned up well and Julia transformed into a beautiful bride. Her mom made her dress! Yes, I love the look on her mom’s face when Julia started to get dressed. So much love and pride for her daughter.
