Vanessa & Michael’s wedding took place at Docklands Hotel in Durban. I love photographing weddings in Durban as it’s always such a treat not having to drive so far and I seem less stressed. This wedding blew me away – I was looking forward to photographing this wedding ever since I first met with Vanessa and her sister and she described her wedding to me. I thought that this was the kind of wedding I wanted to photograph! Wow. The colour pallet, the decor, the venue, the bride, the lanterns, the doggies, the everything… Thank you Vanessa for putting together so many amazing things for me to photograph, I took so many photographs and was so exhausted when I climbed into bed. I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with you and Michael and your loud family and everyone else! Thank you for making me feel so welcome, half the time I didn’t even feel like I was in fact working:)
